Built in 2019, each space has 30 amp, 50 amp, a duplex 110 outlet, water and sewer connections. All spaces are concrete or crushed rock and individually metered for electric, so you only pay for what you use! We love short-termers and long-termers alike, and make any length of stay comfortable and enjoyable. Come see us!
Three spectacular cabins.
At Buzzard Bay, we give you options. Looking for a cozy get away with your special someone? Our tiny house cabin, “The Minnow Bucket” is just the spot. “The Texas Rig” is our bunk house style cabin that sleeps 8 people and is a great fit for a house full of kids or fishing buddies. Last but not least, “The Best Kept Secret” is our bell cow. A custom made cabin that boasts a beautiful blue pine interior and a sprawling lake facing porch. All three cabins have Dish TV, although we bet you aren’t coming for that. I know we made it a tough choice, but it’s hard to go wrong.

Caddo is home to countless giant largemouth bass, and proud of it. It also harbors scores of crappie, catfish, bream and white bass. Whatever species you’re angling after, it’s here and waiting for you. You don’t have to go far either, as some of the best fishing on the lake can be right here in Buzzard Bay.
Make it an adventure.
With over 26,000 acres to explore, Caddo is a world you want to get lost in. Motor up to “Government Ditch” and through the canals of the west end, with the famed cypress trees and Spanish moss as far as you can see. Or, make the short trip into the quaint town of Jefferson for meals, shopping and entertainment.
